REDBULL PAPERWINGS 2019
An international paper plane competition based on flight performance, construction skills and creativity, Paperwings challenges participants to compete in three categories: longest distance, greatest airtime and most creative aerobatic.
Invited by RedBull Greece to host inspirational workshops for students, we mentored participants on basic aerodynamics for paper planes, introductory technical skills for paper folding and paper plane making, what attributes make an interesting artistic performance and what it takes to present a stunning aerobatic.
The three local winners travelled to Hangar-7 in May 2019 to participate in the global finals.
